Wedding Favor Donation

Planning a wedding?
Honor your guest by making a donation to the Pittsburgh Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure in place of wedding favors.  Many brides and grooms lives have been impacted by breast cancer and would like to honor or remember a parent, relative or friend through this generous gesture.

Make your selection: We are providing 8 specially designed "In Celebration" cards for you to choose from that will acknowledge your donation to the Pittsburgh Affiliate. Click on page one and page two to view the watermarked versions that are available to choose from.  These cards measure apporximately  3" X 4" and can be place flat at each place setting.

Make your donation: Once your selelction has been made we ask that you make a minimum donation of $100.00 either online or by sending a personal check to the Pittsburgh Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, 1133 South Braddock Ave. Pittsburgh, PA  15218.

Contact our office: Once you donation has been received contact Linda DeVos by email at ldevos@komenpittsburgh.org or call 412.342.0500 to obtain a PDF template of your selection.

Print your selection:  You will receive your selected card template via email for you to print for your own specified quantity. There will be four templates per page. 

Customize your card: For an additional minimum donation of $50 we will enter the bride and groom's first name on the template you will receive.
